Summary

 

As Parts Pricing Manager, you will lead the operational Sales and Pricing teams, ensuring close alignment with customer needs and market dynamics while driving the implementation of the BIA Group Parts Pricing Strategy. Your primary objective will be to optimize pricing structures to maximize profitability, enhance commercial performance, and maintain market competitiveness through effective pricing governance and continuous analysis of customer requirements and business opportunities.

What will be your responsibilities?

 

General Responsibilities

 

  • Define B2C pricing schemes to achieve Group gross margin targets.
  • Lead pricing and costing activities and maintain reliable SAP pricing.
  • Oversee landed costs and Country Factor calculations.
  • Analyse parts margins, market trends and OEM pricing.
  • Implement Finance recommendations on transfer pricing.
  • Support the Aftermarket team and prevent margin leakage.
  • Act as BIA’s reference for Parts Pricing.


1. Implement Parts Sales Strategy

 

  • Ensure Parts Sales margins meet Group targets.
  • Conduct quarterly margin reviews with Finance.
  • Develop pricing policies supporting margin and market-share objectives.
  • Align pricing with transfer-pricing requirements.
  • Coordinate Special Pricing Projects and maintain the Pricing Simulator.
  • Supervise purchasing and sales basket analyses.
  • Ensure timely SAP pricing updates according to OEM calendars.
  • Support sales campaigns, customer proposals and negotiations.
  • Develop BO reports for margin analysis.
  • Supervise price generation, maintenance and discrepancy resolution.


2. Analyse the Supply-Chain (SC) cost & update the Country Factor (CF)

 

  • Update Country Factors in January and July.
  • Analyse air-freight costs with Supply Chain.
  • Maintain accurate Country Factor files.
  • Compare Country Factors with local invoicing data.


3. Communication

 

  • Organize and lead Pricing Committee meetings.
  • Coordinate with Buyers, Product Managers and Sales teams.
  • Communicate pricing updates across entities and project teams.
  • Deliver pricing training throughout the Group.
  • Act as the main OEM contact for pricelist uploads.
  • Present pricing analyses, market research and cost reviews.
  • Monitor competitor pricing and market trends.


4. Process

 

  • Define and implement pricing procedures and systems.
  • Review and improve processes to support Operational Excellence.
  • Manage pricing and costing tickets through SysAid.
  • Maintain action logs and ensure timely issue resolution.
  • Improve pricing efficiency and market responsiveness.


5. People Management and Team Leadership

 

  • Lead a team of 2 Pricing Analysts and 2 Pricing Coordinators, ensuring clear priorities, collaboration and effective execution of the Pricing Strategy.
  • Act as the link between the Head of Parts Sales & Pricing and the team.
  • Coach and develop team members.
  • Plan workloads, assign responsibilities and set priorities.
  • Promote accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups and performance discussions.
  • Encourage knowledge sharing and cross-training.
  • Communicate strategic and operational priorities.
  • Support change and process-improvement initiatives.
  • Foster an engaged, customer-focused and high-performing team.

Who are we looking for?

 

Education & Experience

 

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, International Business, Economics or a related field.
  • Proven experience in Pricing, Commercial Finance, Parts Business or a similar environment.
  • Proven experience in managing and developing teams.
  • Experience working in an international and multicultural environment is an asset.

  • Strong knowledge of SAP is mandatory.
  • Solid understanding of pricing methodologies, margin management and commercial analysis.

  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

 

Languages

 

  • Fluent in French and English.
