  • Deploy relevant KPIs monitored at the right frequency (daily/weekly/monthly), ensuring visibility and actionability across the CRC team.

Supply Chain & Material Availability:

  • Ensure structured processes for planned parts ordering and proactive escalation of backorders for parts and subcontracted jobs.
  • Ensure planning assumptions are translated into material readiness aligned with the production plan.

  • Drive a strong safety culture and ensure CRC adherence to relevant HSE policies, prevention routines and incident reporting.
  • Support “Zero Accident” HSE performance, ISO 45001 sustainment within CRC scope, sustainability footprint data readiness and delivery of at least one environmental initiative, and HSE/regulatory readiness for CRC infrastructure development and expansion projects.

Leadership & People Development:

  • Lead, coach and develop the CRC team; ensure a structured training plan based on assessments and monitored regularly.
  • Ensure mandatory training completion and timely execution of corporate requested activities.
  • Manage direct reports in strong collaboration with HR and maintain role clarity, empowerment and escalation discipline.
