Summary

The Training Assistant supports the management of the Training Centre by ensuring the successful execution of all training activities, maintaining accurate data, and facilitating smooth communication across departments and sites.

What will be your responsibilities?

  • Regularly update data on multiple platforms (BIA Server, OEM Server, SuccessFactors,
  • SharePoint, competency matrix, SAP)
  • Maintain and organize the training library and catalog
  • Prepare and share reports on training results and KPIs
  • Assist in planning departmental activities and training schedules
  • Share training schedules with sites and the BIA organization as a whole
  • Organize training sessions, including logistics, transportation, and accommodation for trainees
  • Manage travel visa requests and coordinate with supply management for purchase requests
  • Contribute to the development and update of training modules and materials (digital and printed)
  • Support communication campaigns for training center events and activities.
  • Manage and maintain SharePoint data for training-related documentation and schedules
  • Ensure timely updates and accessibility of digital resources
  • Assist in 5S and ISO audits and apply QHSE procedures
  • Promote positive interpersonal relationships within the team and ensure confidentiality of all data
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned to support the Training Department

  • Accuracy and timeliness of data updates
  •  Successful execution of training schedules
  • Compliance with QHSE standards
  • Quality and accessibility of training materials.

 

Who are we looking for?

  • Minimum educational level: BAC +2 (Technical fields, Human Resources Management, Communication, Accounting/Economics, Project Management, etc.)
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience, with at least 1 year in a similar role
  • Proven experience working with an ERP system (e.g., SAP) is a plus
