What will be your responsibilities?

PURPOSE OF THE JOB

The main purpose of the function is to support clients(Internal & External) with the CTSGO (Component Tracking system) project along with our other solutions (as a Clients & Solution Expertise "SmartFleet"), and to be the expert of a range of digital solutions (as a "Solutions Specialist").
The added value for clients and for SmartFleet will be to:

  1. Assist and support client (Internal and External) in the implementation of CTSGO project amongst other solutions 
  2. Proactively monitor SmartFleet utilization - CTSGO app amongst others / subscriptions and promote renewals
  3. Assist and support in the implementation of CTSGO in SAP system in coordination with the IT(BIASAP) team
  4. Actively promote SmartFleet Solutions based on customer application requirements
  5. Enable & implement new technology
  6. Maintain & update installed technology
  7. Ensure continuous availability of technology services 
  8. Maximize & document expertise on new technologies and explore innovative solutions

KEY ACCOUNTBILITIES

  1. Installation, Set-up & CTS implementation sucess 30%
  2. Maintenance hardware & solutions 10%
  3. Remote solutions support (hardware, communication, calibration, support)…10%
  4. New product & technology integration 10%
  5. OEM Platform & Firmware managment 5%
  6. Provide SmartFleet customer (Internal and External) training 25%
  7. Remote or field SmartFleet Applications support/advice to resolve customer difficulties with available SF technologies 10%


KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS

Ensure customer success:

  1. Data accuracy and completeness for CTSGO dashboard (all required populated)
  2. Training completion rate and user adoption rate of CTSGO dashboard
  3. Interventions time optimsed according to contracts
  4. Clear planning and reporting of activities and results
  5. Technology innovation knowledge and expertise documented and shared with the team/company
  6. All solutions installed in a timely manner, with technology up & running

Who are we looking for?

EDUCATION & QUALIFICATION

  • Beng Mechanical

EXPERIENCE

  • 3- 5 years Technical Experience in Minning , PSSR or similar role
  • Planning experience
  • PCR or component overhaul knowledge will be an added advantage
  • IT : ERP + MS Office + Exp with Digital Solutions for Heavy Equipment

SOFT SKILLS

  • Smooth and effective communiction with clients and colleagues
  • MS Suite and computer skills - BI knowledge is an asset
  • Organisation 
  • Documentation

TECHNICAL SKILLS

  • Expertise on : Component Tracking, Invetory Planning, Minning Machine Maintenance, Compenent rebuild
