What will be your responsibilities?

  • Managing and Monitoring the Project(s) Assigned in Collaboration with the Project Manager (PM): Structuring, Organization, and Management
  • Ensuring that contractual commitments are met with regard to the customer(s) while representing BIA's interests in line with the company's strategy.
  • Visiting and following up with the client and BIA teams on site frequently, in coordination with the PM (informing him of actions and visits). Facilitating follow-up meetings on site with the team according to the guidelines reviewed by the PM.
  • Participating in and supporting the PM in the preparation of project reviews for the assigned project(s).
  • Immediately informing the PM of any risks or deviations observed on the assigned project(s) and developing and proposing an associated corrective action plan, validated by the Project Manager.
  • Proposing, where appropriate, the human and material resources needed to ensure the smooth running of the project(s).
  • Developing specific knowledge of the Komatsu or other product range concerned by the project(s) for the teams involved (Product Support, parts, logistics, project team, training, etc.).
  • Developing, analyzing, and monitoring the operational reporting for the project(s) for which you are responsible, in close collaboration with the Project Manager and the teams on site.
  • Providing back-up support for the Project Manager where necessary. Commercial
  • Working with the Project Manager or PSSR.
  • Developing and maintaining a good level of operational relations with customer(s) contacts.
  • Proposing to the Project Manager and implementing appropriate solutions for setting up technical support, including spare parts, on-site service, and training. Identifying business development opportunities and contributing to the action plan to make them a reality.
  • Proposing to the Project Manager and implementing proposals to increase the quantity and quality of Rebuild activities on/off site.

Educational Background

  • Degree in project management and engineering.
  • Coursework or certifications in project management is a plus.
