Summary
Responsible for the management of the workshop including coordination in terms of its facilities, manpower, tools and equipment, parts support, warranty & customer service retention in order to increase profitability and stimulate business growth while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
What will be your responsibilities?
•Management of the workshop team
•Workshop performance & KPI’s
•Ensure that SHEQ policy is followed and respected
•Maintain and secure a professional relationship(s) with suppliers and customers
•Monitors the cost and effectiveness of his/her jobs to optimize resources and processes

- High-level technical knowledge and experience
- Leadership and organisation
- Honesty, dynamism and stress resistance
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
- Knowledge of English (technical)
