Summary

 

Primarily responsible for supporting the Recruitment & Mobility Team by searching and identifying suitable candidates, both active and passive, using various recruiting strategies. Your geographic scope will be Africa, Mauritius, Belgium, China.

What will be your responsibilities?

 

Sourcing (Group)

  • Coordinate with hiring managers and recruitment team to determine position requirements
  • Interact with potential candidates on social media and professional networks (e.g. LinkedIn, job boards, amongst others)
  • Identify qualified candidate profiles using various sourcing techniques (Boolean search)
  • Key owner to build and maintain candidate pipelines (Talent Pool) for future hiring needs of key/critical positions to minimize Time-to-Hire, whilst maintaining the Recruitment Database (ATS: SAP SuccessFactors)
  • Conduct talent mapping of key competitors to stay up-to-date with the industry trends and enhance the company’s market positioning
  • Follow-up of spontaneous applications and manage the recruitment mailbox
  • Support the development of Referrals from current employees and external networks
  • Promote employer brand online and offline
  • Pre-screening of incoming applications
  • Support the Recruitment & Mobility Manager in the implementation of recruitment projects at Group level
  • Reporting

 

Other cognate duties, but not limited to:

  • Support on the planning of Welcome Session of newcomers (Country-specific)
  • Job Fair/ Professional event/ or any other Employer Branding event participation (Country-specific)
  • Extra recruiting-related activities (Country-specific)
     

Who are we looking for?

 

Education & Qualification:

 

  • Bachelor Degree  or equivalent by experience
  • Language skills: FR / ENG / NL

 

Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in similar field of Talent Sourcing/Headhunting activities on an international scale
  • Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques (e.g. sourcing via social platforms and crafting Boolean)
  • Knowing how to work with programmatic job adverts (to make sure our job ads attract the right profile)
  • Familiarity with HR databases (ATS: SAP SuccessFactors is an advantage)
  • Good Knowledge of Microsoft office tools: Excel, PPT, Word
