Summary

As a Senior SAP Project Consultant, you will shape the architecture of our SD/MM/WM landscape, ensuring seamless cross‑module integration. You’ll drive end‑to‑end process excellence and deliver strong, impactful configurations that enable efficient and connected operations.

What will be your responsibilities?

1.Consultancy & Project management
 

  • Be a SAP module owner and architect of the (SD/MM/WM) related processes of BIA and related entities
  • Analyze, Develop and Promote the usage of the (SD/MM/WM) solutions and reports
  • Work in collaboration with the solution providers for all enhancements of IT tools for (SD/MM/WM) related topics
  • Support all the (SD/MM/WM) consultants with your functional and technical expertise  
  • Document and validate specification of Functional Requirement (FRS) together with the BPO (Business Process Owner) and send for approval to the Functional Project Manager
  • Plan, test and coordinate deployment of IT tools for (SD/MM/WM) related topics in collaboration with the Functional Project Manager
  • Keep all IT tools for (SD/MM/WM) related processes user friendly, especially those which will be used by BIA and related entities’ employees
  • Collaboration and coordination with internal and external consultants, designated BPOs during project development, testing, roll out and support
  • Proactively identifying issues and risks throughout all stages of project lifecycle
  • Challenge business requirements to achieve feasible long-term solutions
  • Take the lead on the project assigned and follow up with other team members for tasks delegated to them (other modules and/or Masterdata)

 

2.Training & Support for (SD/MM/WM) IT related tools
 

  • Increase the internal knowledge on utilization of the IT tools of the (SD/MM/WM) depts. and Management of the Group and its related entities
  • End-user 3rd level support using the ticket system of SysAid
  • Integration testing and regression testing of incidents and change request tickets

 

3.Innovation, Facilitator & Documentation for (SD/MM/WM) IT related tools

  • Participate in the decision-making process of all major challenges related to the (SD/MM/WM) SAP modules, including major upgrade projects
  • Challenge the business organization to use the best practice solution in our SAP environment
  • Provide innovative ideas to the Management to enhance business processes
  • Act as a facilitator between the Management, (SD/MM/WM) team, BPO, staff and internal & external consultants
  • Responsible for documentation. Establish, publish, maintain, and ensure all documentation are up to date
  • Provide ideas to simplify or automate business processes

 

Others:

  • This function involves improving (SD/MM/WM) related processes, training & Implementation with a goal to keeping knowledge in IT tools in-house and to be more autonomous for (SD/MM/WM) projects
  • Discuss module enhancements with Business Process Owner and other stakeholders

Who are we looking for?

Education & Qualification:

  • Degree in IT related fields
  • Fluent in French and English both oral and written


Experience:

  • At least relevant 8 years’ working experience in SAP – (SD/MM/WM) related environment or in equivalent position
  • Strong functional experience of IT tools for supporting (SD/MM/WM) processes
  • Good knowledge of the business processes in (SD/MM/WM) environment, if possible, in international configuration
  • Experience in IT project management and support
