Summary

 

Be the key interface between Entities, customers and OEMs (Original Equipment Manufacturers) and work alongside process owners to ensure Return flow are activated on time and on quality while ensuring budget and allowances are respected. This should be in line with BIA’s and OEM return Policies.

What will be your responsibilities?

 

  • Train, develop and assist Officers within the Reverse Logistics processes
  • Supervise and correct daily tasks of Junior Officers
  • Monitor Reverse logistics flow for quick and annual return while ensuring regular updates on delivery to Supplier Premises and internal stakeholders
  • Process of core returns, including receiving and updating reports, coordinating logistics and communication among stakeholders, and ensuring timely credit processing providing inputs for reporting
  • Monitor Return Sales Orders and Return Purchase Orders creation in the ERP (SAP)
  • Organize shipment to OEMs with the support of Logistics Department
  • Ensure good communication line between all stakeholders till goods are delivered to the supplier’s premises and credits received
  • Ensure the issuance of credit to the customer are completed on time while ensure in line with policies and procedures.
  • Report any inconsistencies and non compliance to hierarchy
  • Support in identifying deviations/ exceptions and document any changes in process
  • Provide inputs for monthly reporting and analysis
  • Be able to represent the N+1 in a back-up situation
  • Propose ideas for process improvement where and when needed

Who are we looking for?

 

Education & Qualification:

  • Diploma in Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance, Management, Sales (or similar by experience)
  • Experience in Supply Chain (2-3 years)
  • French and English
  • MS Office and SAP (or any other ERP)
  • Any customer or supplier facing experience is a plus
