Summary

As a Senior Non-OEM Procurement Officer, you will have to implement and define purchasing strategies for the selected product groups to maximize customer service level

What will be your responsibilities?

Operational:

• Implement supply flows in compliance with the defined strategies (from the business request to supplier delivery, through request for quotation and negotiation)
• Participate to purchasing projects requested by the stakeholders.
• Raise Purchase Order based on received Purchase Request.
• Do the follow-up of the PO validation by the persons in charge.
• Monitor supplier performance.
• Contribute to Supply Chain continuous improvement.

Leadership and others:.

• Provide coaching and training assistance to team members when required.
• Provide back-up for the N+1 in his/her absence.
• Ensure business continuity in coordination with the ESB teams (SC, AFM & Finance)
• Other Cognate Duties

Who are we looking for?

• Minimum Diploma in Purchasing / Procurement or equivalent in experience
• At least 3 years' experience in a similar role (experience in a central purchasing unit would be an advantage)
• Excel intermediate
• SAP Knowledge – knowledge of SAP MM is a strong asset.
• Knowledge of incoterms
• Dynamic attitude
• Fluent in French and English, both oral and written
