Summary

At Group level, for a given area (OEMs or locations), under the supervision of the Claim Manager, the aim of this position is to:

  • Perform work in relation to Claim & OEM Obligations management (Warranty, Field Campaigns, Goodwill, Maintenance contracts, etc. - excluding Quality complaints) and related obligations (Service reports, Components Change Out reports, Commissioning, Parts Return Requests, Stock inspections, etc) including regular communications, trainings on processes, sharing of performance reportings
  • Ensure quality of information (administrative and technical) shared to OEMs or BIA Countries is reaching expectations in order to maximize costs recovery for whole BIA organization
  • Provide support required on full claim process from claim submission, submission to OEMs, to reimbursement to BIA and to the end customers
  • Monitor and follow-up all claims between OEM’s and BIA organization in order to maximize claim recovery for BIA
  • Comply with all OEM standards, tools and processes

What will be your responsibilities?

 

1. General 

  • Provide best in class support (quality, quantity and on time) to our OEMs and our internal customers (mainly BIA Countries) in relation to Claim management and to OEM Obligations
  • Maintain and secure a professional relationship(s) with internal customers and OEM(s)
  • Coordinate some processes pertaining to Claim and/or OEMs Obligations in order to reach expected targets (OEMs or internal targets). This includes regular communications to OEMs and our BIA countries, analysis and updating of performance reportings, perform necessary administrative works in relation to these processes.
  • Submit claims to OEM keeping good relationship with OEM representative meanwhile maximizing recovery to BIA organization 
  • Escalate on time topics (blocking points, case not reaching target, etc) to Claim Manager

 

2. Organization and people management

  • Ensure full organizational alignment and related communication towards ‘Claims’ and ‘OEM Obligations’ by providing regular trainings to local entities (including creation of training contents
  • Facilitate and actively promote sharing of best practices across countries with local teams
  • Ensure effective back-ups for all team members

Who are we looking for?

 

Experience and Education

  • BAC +2
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years working experience in similar position
  • Well versed with Microsoft Office suite (standard functions including Sortings, Pivot table, conditional formatings and basic Excel formulas)
  • Knowledge of warranty processes is a plus
  • Knowledge of an ERP system is a plus (SAP)
