Summary

The role involves offering support to Sales departments, primarily in African countries, by facilitating communication between OEM suppliers and the Sales force/Customers. This includes coordinating with Equipment Supply Chain Operations to transfer essential information for order execution. Additionally, the position contributes to the development of a central stock strategy based on sales follow-up and forecasts.

What will be your responsibilities?

• Development and maintenance of sales tools / standard offers
• Help countries to set target prices through a benchmark by country and equipment type/model
• Follow-up & harmonization of C4C sales activities
• Participate to the development of sales flows and procedures, keep it updated
• Continuous update the sales offer templates
• Follow-up of purchase orders and negotiation with OEM when necessary to ensure availability and lead times in line with sales needs
• Ensure relay between sales/customers and OEM for specific topics or issues
• Help to prepare transfer sheet and coordinate with Equipment Supply Chain for the order execution
• Help to prepare internal & external sales reports (monthly invoicing, monthly OEM, EMT presentation)
• Participate to S&OP preparation meeting
• Execute monthly S&OP validation, prepare transfer sheet for central stock orders

Who are we looking for?

• Minimum 2 years’ experience
• Diploma in Commerce / Sales & Purchasing
• Fluent in French and English
• Rigor and accuracy
• Initiative and proactivity
• Creativity and Innovation
• Good level in MS Office (notably Excel)
• Knowledge of SAP or other ERP is a plus
• Knowledge of business in Africa & Incoterms is a plus
