Overzicht
The Senior SAP Functional Analyst (SM/WM) will support the BIASAPS team and enhances user experience by creating clear and easy‑to‑use guidance materials.
The role involves providing support to internal customers, developing user documentation, training content, and support resources, as well as delivering both in‑person and online training sessions to help users onboard smoothly and work confidently. Strong communication skills and the ability to simplify complex processes are essential.

Welke verantwoordelijkheden heb je?
Operational Excellence, Customer Focus & Follow Up:
- Analyse business processes and identify user pain points requiring structured guidance or training.
- Design, build, test, and maintain digital adoption content such as guided steps, tooltips, contextual help, and in‑system user assistance.
- Review and optimise existing user guidance materials based on feedback and analytics.
- Ensure all guidance elements remain aligned with system changes and business requirements.
- Collaborate with functional consultants and business teams to validate guidance design and ensure clarity and accuracy.
- Support change management and user‑readiness activities for new functionalities or process updates.
- Monitor user adoption metrics and propose continuous improvements.
- Provide L1 & L2 support
Communication, Training & Coaching
- Develop training materials, e‑learning content, user manuals, and quick reference guides.
- Deliver engaging training sessions (onsite and remote) to users and key users.
- Contribute to forums and business presentations aimed at explaining new features or best practices.
- Gather feedback from participants and adjust training content accordingly.
- Provide coaching and structured knowledge transfer within the team and to new joiners.
Documenting business processes & project management:
- Document business processes and recurring issues to support user learning.
- Ensure accessibility and consistency of all support materials.
- Contribute to BIASAPS procedures, work instructions, and support guidelines.
Support:
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (FICO/MM/SD/WM) to ensure integrated user guidance across all processes.
- Support the BIASAPS Support Manager in digital adoption strategy and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Participate in testing cycles to prepare user guidance and training ahead of releases.
- Any other cognate duties
Wie zoeken wij?
- At least Diploma from a recognized institution or equivalent.
- At least 1 year experience in training, functional consulting, digital adoption, or similar fields.
- Experience on SAP (SM/WM module knowledge is an advantage).
- Exposure to user experience, learning design, or structured user support is an advantage.
