Inleiding

Overzicht

 

The SAP FICO Consultant will be responsible of providing 2nd level ticketing support on SAP FICO modules and reporting tools to business users via the ticketing system, ensuring timely and effective resolution of service requests in accordance with SLA commitments.

 

Welke verantwoordelijkheden heb je?

 

1. Operational Excellence, Customer Focus & Follow Up:

  • Respond to SAP FICO support tickets within SLA timeframes using the ticketing system.
  • Perform regular follow-ups on open issues and ensure timely resolution.
  • Communicate effectively with business users to resolve issues and close tickets promptly.
  • Prioritize user requests based on ticket severity and business impact.
  • Collaborate with project teams to support the migration of FICO processes to SAP S/4HANA.
  • Participate in data validation, testing, and cutover activities.
  • Assist in identifying gaps and proposing solutions during the migration process.
  • Support change management and user adoption of new functionalities in S/4HANA.

 

2.      Communication, Training & Coaching

  • Organize and participate in forums with business users to present new features and best practices related to SAP FICO.
  • Maintain active communication with key users, sharing updates and gathering feedback.
  • Identify training needs and support the delivery of coaching sessions for users and team members.

 

3.      Documenting business processes & project management

  • Document recurring issues and share solutions through “Tips & Tricks” communications.
  • Contribute to the documentation of support processes, procedures, work instructions, and policies.
  • Ensure SAP FICO documentation is published and maintained in SharePoint.
  • Provide user manuals and ensure accessibility for relevant stakeholders.

 

4.      Others

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams (MM/SD/WM) to ensure integrated process support.
  • Participate in internal reviews and contribute to process optimization initiatives.
  • Any other cognate duties

 

Wie zoeken wij?

 

  • Diploma from a recognized institution or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years of functional experience in SAP FICO processes.
  • Exposure to SAP ECC and S/4HANA environments is highly desirable.
  • Fluent in French and English both oral and written
