Inleiding
BIA Group is active in the sales, rentals and after-sales services of equipment intended for public works, mines, quarries and transport. The Group operates in Europe, Africa and Asia and has more than 1500 enthusiastic employees.
Overzicht
Our Quality Trainee provides support to the Quality Department across a range of activities, including:
- Reviewing and updating the customer list
- Drafting procedures for BIA Belgium
- Updating data within our quality management software
Welke verantwoordelijkheden heb je?
- Review all open customer complaints and non‑conformities in our system.
- Clean up and update the system.
- Record the corrective actions that were taken.
- Review and update the list of customers who will receive the satisfaction survey.
- Contact customers to get feedback about parts sales.
- Follow up to ensure customers send their feedback.
Wie zoeken wij?

HSC or University student
-
Very good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Visio

Fluent in French and English

Good communication skills

Good planning and organising abilities
