Summary
Join us in driving quality excellence! As a key player in our Regional Quality Team, you'll support the Group Quality Manager or Regional Quality Manager in implementing Quality Management System (QMS) within the BIA Regional Cluster (group of countries). With a strong focus on ISO standards, you'll help ensure that products and services provided by BIA meet Customers' expectations by delivering efficiency, consistency, and satisfaction at every level. What will be your responsibilities?
In order to support the Quality Management:

Co-deploy QMS (Quality Management System) across its regional clustered countries.

Co-manage the local Quality stakeholders (relay, officer) based in countries (leadership, organization, coaching).

Co-implement defined tools and software’s to perform quality activities.

Co-develop the quality KPI & reporting trends for its country to ensure customer satisfaction.

Establish adequate quality documentation (process, procedures, standards etc.) in coordination with experts from central support teams and local management/staff. Publish and make available to employees the quality-related documents via intranet.

Co-implement DOS (Dealer Operational Standard) in its cluster.

Generate innovative and tailor-made ISO9001 guidelines/alternatives to local entities ‘requirements.

Implement quality improvement initiatives and best practices.

Support internal & external audits including participation and audit reports’ writing.

Co-lead the Customer Care monitoring system (customer satisfaction, customer expectations, customer complaints). Implement actions in order to correct the observed deviations in a consistent way.

Support the Quality team with any other duties as required.
Who are we looking for?

Bachelor’s degree in quality management or equivalent professional experience.

At least 3 years in a similar position.

Experience in working with different departments, including field positions.

Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 requirements would be an added advantage.

Qualities demonstrating polyvalence and multipotentialities

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Active knowledge of both English and French
