Summary

 

The purpose of the role is to lead and manage projects within the power generation business and its associated balance of plant. This role is responsible for driving end-to-end project execution from the date of Purchase Order (PO) through commissioning and final handover, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and to the highest quality and safety standards.

What will be your responsibilities?

 

  • Manage the full project lifecycle from Purchase Order receipt to commissioning and handover. 
  • Plan, coordinate, and monitor project activities across engineering, procurement, logistics, installation and commissioning. 
  • Lead project execution to meet technical, commercial, and contractual requirements. 
  • Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, and clients to ensure smooth project progress. 
  • Track project schedules, budgets, and resources; identify risks and implement mitigation strategies. 
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards throughout execution. 
  • Provide regular progress reports to the Head of Power Division and key stakeholders. 
  • Support site activities during installation, testing, and commissioning phases. 
  • Facilitate successful handover documentation and project close-out.

Who are we looking for?

 

Education & Qualification:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Power Engineering (or related discipline). 
  • Project Management Certification
  • Fluent in French & English
  • Willingness to travel to project sites as required.

 

Experience:

 

  • Proven experience in power generation projects and balance of plant systems.  
  • Worked in Engineering Background 
  • Knowledge of project execution processes from Purchase Order to commissioning
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
