Inleiding

 

BIA Group is active in the sales, rentals and after-sales services of equipment intended for public works, mines, quarries and transport. The Group operates in Europe, Africa and Asia and has more than 1300 enthusiastic employees.

 

Overzicht

 

Ensure the operational execution of the overall purchasing process linked to specific vendors/suppliers as well as the sales administration of internal customers.

 

Welke verantwoordelijkheden heb je?

 

  • Ensure purchase requirements of local entities & the ESB sales orders are processed
  • Ensure purchase requirements are processed & PO’s sent to suppliers to ensure correct and on-time deliveries
  • Monitor and follow-up suppliers on-stock delivery with respect to confirmation dates at the time of order
  • Actively participate in the rituals with the OEM
  • Update availability /confirmation date in the ERP (SAP)
  • Verify supplier deliveries and invoices and ensure proper receipt in the ERP (SAP). When needed, claim the missing/wrong/damaged parts, and ensure re-delivery.
  • Follow-up on supplier statement of accounts together with the finance team.
  • Liaise with the logistics departments to organize shipment of orders from suppliers
  • Receive and treat claims from local entities. When needed, ensure re-delivery
  • Contribute to Supply Chain continuous improvement.

 

Wie zoeken wij?

  • Diploma in Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance, Management, Sales (or similar by experience)
  • French and English
  • MS Office and SAP (or any other ERP)
  • A first experience in a similar function
  • Any customer or supplier facing experience is a plus
  • Candidate willing to work normal working hours (8h30 – 17h) & flexible hours (flexible hours: 10h – 19h - Summer time, 11h – 20h - Winter time)
