Summary

 

As our Learning & Development Assistant, you will provide administrative and logistical support to Learning & Development (L&D) activities across the Group.  Assist in the coordination and follow-up of training initiatives, ensure accurate data management within Learning systems, and contribute to an effective execution of learning operations.  You will also promote available development opportunities and act as a support contact for employees and trainers.

 

What will be your responsibilities?

 

Training & Learning Support

  • Assist in organizing internal and external training sessions (logistics, invitations, materials, room bookings, amongst others).
  • Maintain and update training records and data in the Learning Management System (LMS).
  • Support the promotion of learning opportunities through emails, posters, and intranet posts.
  • Help gather and compile training feedback from participants and facilitators.
  • Assist in generating standard reports related to Learning & Development activities.
  • Support the L&D Officer in preparing Purchase Requests and monitoring related invoices.
  • Upload and maintain training content in the LMS and monitor completion status.
  • Support employees with first-level queries on training access or registration.

 

Administrative Support to HR and L&D Processes

  • Support HRDC reimbursement processes by preparing required documents and following up with relevant stakeholders.
  • Provide administrative assistance for onboarding sessions and training-related induction content.
  • Contribute to maintaining updated documentation and archiving of learning-related materials.
  • Liaise with trainers, providers, and participants to ensure smooth execution of sessions.
  • Perform additional administrative duties to support the Learning & Development Officer and local HR team, when required. 

 

Who are we looking for?

 

  • Degree Holder in Human Resource is mandatory.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of working experience in Human Resource (Learning & Development scope is a definite plus).
  • Familiarity with organising training programs, coordinating logistics, maintaining learning records, and supporting L&D projects' initiatives.
  • Fluent in French and English, both oral and written.
  • At ease on Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Experience with an ERP Platform is a definite advantage.
