Summary


Assist the Shared Service Centre in Human Resource, Payroll, Resource Planning and Expats and Flying Team Management.

 

What will be your responsibilities?

 

1.PAYROLL

  • Provide effective and efficient support to HR to ensure smooth running of the payroll of the various countries and clusters including Mauritius
  • Ensure that the payroll calendar deadlines are adhered to, and all payments are done on time
  • Process payroll (enter data - benefits and deductions) and update payroll records
  •     Compile, monitor, verify and reconcile all financial data for the payroll
  •     Ensure accuracy of payroll master data 


2.HUMAN RESOURCES

  •  Maintain accurate data in SAP HR of the various countries and clusters
  • Follow-up and execution of the entire recruitment process and selection of staffs
  • Identify/organise training needs and development of local staffs while ensuring reimbursement by HRDC
  •  Maintain employees' personal files according to policy and legal requirements.


3.RESOURCE PLANNING

  • Strategic function in relation with Regional HR Managers, Project Operations Manager, PM’s After-Market Managers and HR & Recruitment Support Officer
  • Have real-time visibility on the planning of our technical resources based on the skills level
  •  Allocate our technical resources to the needs of our activities (right person at the right place) 


4.EXPAT & FLYING TEAM MANAGEMENT

  • Preparation of Contract of Employment and Appendices
  • Following up on probation period and confirmation of Expat Team
  • Liasing with Managers in Africa for any Expats queries    Administration of the Expat personal file
  • Issue of various types of correspondence (Work Attestations, Termination Letters & etc)
  • Leave Management (SAP HR)    

 

Who are we looking for?

 

  • Degree in Human Resource Management
  • Fluent in French and English, both oral and written
  • Knowledge of payroll software
  • 3-5 years’ experience in Payroll and HR Administration.
