Summary
Ensure proper execution of Sales Administration activities linked to equipment order
What will be your responsibilities?
Checking datas linked to equipment orders
-Production of accurate and up-to-day follow-up reports
-Good communication of datas to customers and other departments (sales, finance, A/M)
Sales Administration of equipment orders
-Best relationship with customers (internal and external)
- Check of information received to execute the equipment order (transfersheet)
- Record of sales in SAP
- Follow up of customer down payments
- Invoicing
-Delivery planning follow-up
- Preparation of the set of documents linked to order execution
-Perfect coordination with Procurement & Logistics inside Equipment Supply Chain Operations
Who are we looking for?
Education & Qualification
- Bachelor in Foreign Trade or similar
- Fluent in French and English
Experience
- 1-3 years experience in a similar positaion in the distribution sector (automotive is a +)
- Good knowledge of import/export business principles and shipping workflow
