Summary
The Equipment Logistics Officer ensures proper execution of transport and logistics activities linked to equipment order.
What will be your responsibilities?
Checking data linked to equipment orders:
- Provide factual and up-to-date reports.
- Ensure accurate communication of data.
Supervision of Transport and Logistics of equipment orders
- Request for quotes & tariffs management
- Settelement of transport & logistics solutions
- Operational follow-up
- Administration management of transport and logistics in the Enterprise Resource Planning (record PO, update of delivery information)
- Ensure cost optimization
- Respect of contract obligations
Perfect coordination with Sales & Procurement administration inside Equipment Supply Chain Operations
Who are we looking for?

Bachelor in Foreign Trade or similar;

Fluent in French and English

1-3 years experience in a similar position in the distribution sector (automotive is a +)

Good knowledge of import/export business principles

Good knowledge of Incoterms, Credoc, and experience using an ERP (SAP)
