Summary

 

Attached to the head office and reporting to the "Team Leader", the function aims to support the increase in sales of consumables, tools, spare parts and components.

What will be your responsibilities?

 

1.Commercial Stream
In perfect collaboration with the Project Manager or the Parts Sales Support Representative associated with the entrusted scope:
•    Understand customer needs and propose appropriate solutions
•    Establish sales forecasts in collaboration with customers and communicate them to the purchasing department
•    Provide reporting to customers (follow up on order status);
•    Analyse market shares by product type and increase these after setting development goals
•    Assume responsibility for the customers followed by the team for the spare parts activity

2.Administrative component
•    Create quotations and orders in SAP.
•    Follow up on open quotations and propose solution to win business.
•    Process contracts and orders for parts and services.
•    Coordinate deliveries with the logistics team.
•    Prepare customer reports and business analysis.
•    Perform simple data analysis using Excel (Pivot,formulas, charts, etc.).
•    Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

Who are we looking for?

 

•    Bachelor's degree (for example in foreign trade) or equivalent by experience
•    Experience in a similar function in the distribution business, ideally in export and in a spare parts department
•    At least one year of experience in a similar position
•    Fluent French/English (Written & Spoken)
•    IT: ERP (SAP is a definite plus) + MS Office (excel, PPT, Word)
