1. Handles BI-related tasks (Project Mode)
- On Time, In Full
- Analyse requests(change of existing report or creation of new report) from functional specifications
- Conduct regular workshops with functional team:
- to clarify on requests or ambiguous points
- to ensure the development is in phase with the business
- to establish the scope of the request
- Provide estimates and target delivery dates for all reporting requirements
- Design optimised BI Reporting solutions for BIA
- Develop BI Reports using BI best practices
- Deploy reports on BI Portals
2. Handles BI-related tasks (Maintenance Mode)
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues on BI systems
- Contact functional team to clarify on issues as and when required
- Maintain or correct BI Reports using BI best practices
- Ensure the BI reporting architecture remains optimised
- Streamline process chain schedules
3. Follow and Improve BI Processes
- Follow set-up processes and improve as and when necessary
- Ensure BI Best practices are followed
- Provide estimates and target delivery dates systematically for all reporting requests (new, change requests or bug)
- Review initial estimates as and when required and raise alert the earliest possible to review planning
- Create and maintain documentations (example: technical specifications, processes, procedures, work instructions, user manuals) for BI developments / activities as per quality standards
- BSc in IT from a recognized University
- Fluent in French and English both oral and written
- Minimum 3 years of experience on SAP-BW and SAP-BO
- Knowledge on other BI technologies is an advantage
- Sound knowledge on following SAP-ECC & SAP-BI modules : MM, SD, PM, WM, FI/CO, SAP-BI Portal administration
