Summary

 

The BIASAPS Master Data Analyst is responsible for managing, analyzing, and optimizing SAP Masterdata to ensure operational efficiency and reliable business reporting. This role combines technical SAP expertise, data migration proficiency, and analytical problem-solving to support daily operations, continuous improvement initiatives, and project rollouts, including S4Hana readiness.

What will be your responsibilities?

 

SAP Masterdata Management:

  • Perform Masterdata Data Migration tasks (e.g. Pricelist uploads, SAP project deliverables) using SAP Workbench tools such as LSMW, MASS, Migration Cockpit, Talend.
  • Create, configure, and enhance Masterdata tools to improve efficiency, automation, and data accuracy.
  • Structure Masterdata in SAP to enable both current and future business analysis and reporting.
  • Create and maintain Masterdata records (Customers, Vendors, Materials, Equipment) in accordance with business requirements.
  • Follow established documentation for processes, procedures, and work instructions to ensure consistency.
  • Participate in projects, dry runs, and development phases to address Masterdata issues and readiness.
  • Closely monitor Masterdata quality on SAP, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and continuous improvement through regular analysis.

 

Data Quality & Analysis:

  • Monitor and analyze Masterdata-related tickets to identify trends, recurring issues, and root causes.
  • Develop and implement corrective and preventive actions to address quality issues.
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute data cleansing activities to maintain accurate records.
  • Design and maintain analytical tools and dashboards (SAP, BO Analysis, BW) for data monitoring, reporting, and decision-making.

 

Operational Excellence:

  • Respond to and resolve Masterdata-related tickets within SLA using the ticketing system.
  • Proactively analyze ticket data to propose process improvements and enhance ticket handling efficiency.
  • Promote and ensure the correct use of Masterdata templates by end users.
  • Prepare and maintain up-to-date process documentation, user guides, and training materials for Masterdata operations.
  • Represent the Masterdata team in SAP rollouts, enhancements, and process changes.
  • Ensure timely delivery of project Masterdata tasks On Time, In Full (OTIF).
  • Support change requests with accurate data input, testing, and verification.

 

Training & Coaching:

  • Deliver SAP Masterdata training sessions and induction programs via the BIASAPS Academy.
  • Share best practices, 'Tips & Tricks,' and process knowledge with users and team members.
  • Coach team members to enhance their technical skills and analytical capabilities in Masterdata management.

 

Customer Focus and Communication:

  • Engage with business stakeholders to understand data requirements and priorities.
  • Participate in execution of Customer Satisfaction Survey
  • Provide clear, proactive communication regarding ticket updates, project progress, and process changes.

Who are we looking for?

 

  • Diploma/Degree in IT from a recognized institution or equivalent by experience.
  • Minimum 2 years previous experience in ERP or Masterdata Management, ABAP or SD/MM Modules.
  • Ability to analyse, clarify and translate complex and ambiguous business requirements into clear and optimal solutions.
  • Experience in SAP Data Migration tools is a plus. 
  • Fluent in French and English both oral and written.
