Résumé

As Sourcing Specialist, you will join a team of 15+ talented HR professionals, based at Ebene, supporting BIA’s activities in more than 15 countries across the Group.

You will be primarily responsible for supporting the Recruitment & Mobility team by searching and identifying suitable candidates, both active and passive, using various proactive recruiting strategies. Your geographic scope will be Africa, Mauritius, Belgium, China.

Quelles seront vos responsabilités?

Sourcing (Group level)

• Coordinate with hiring managers and recruitment team to determine position requirements
• Interact with potential candidates on social media and professional networks (e.g. LinkedIn, job boards)
• Identify qualified candidate profiles using various sourcing techniques (Boolean search)
• Develop candidate pipelines (Talent Pool) for future hiring needs of key/critical positions, whilst maintaining the Recruitment Database (ATS: SAP SuccessFactors)
• Promote employer brand online and offline
• Pre-screening of incoming applications
• Participate in the implementation of recruitment projects at Group level
• Reporting

Other cognate duties, but not limited to

• Support on the planning of Welcome Session of newcomers
• Job Fair/ Professional event participation

Quel est le profil recherché?

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent by experience
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in similar field of Talent Sourcing/Headhunting activities on an international scale
• Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques (e.g. sourcing via social platforms and crafting Boolean)
• Knowing how to work with programmatic job advertising (to make sure our job ads attract the right people)
• Fluent in French and English, both oral and written
• Familiarity with HR databases (ATS: SAP SuccessFactors is an advantage)
• Good Knowledge of Microsoft office tools: Excel, PPT, Word
• Competencies: Customer focus, Team oriented, Influence & Persuasion skills, Analytical
