Résumé

Primarily responsible for overseeing and executing the selection and recruitment processes for Local, Regional and Expatriate positions across Africa, Mauritius, Belgium, China.

Additionally, the role involves coaching and supporting of the Recruitment & Mobility team and HRBPs; while also actively contributing to Process Improvements initiatives.

Quelles seront vos responsabilités?

Recruitment (Group) 

  • Manage the entire recruitment process for permanent and temporary positions
  • Update of recruitment process and applicants in ATS (Applicant Tracking System: SAP SuccessFactors)
  • Pre-requirements meeting with Hiring Managers and fine-tune the Job Advert
  • Upload all related recruitment documents on the IT related tool
  • Screening of incoming applications
  • Organise and drive HR interviews (+ interview report)
  • Follow-up of business interviews
  • Negotiate salary package
  • Coordinate onboarding process of newcomers
  • Support the Recruitment & Mobility Manager in the implementation of recruitment projects at Group level
  • Contribute to the maintenance of Talent Pool of candidates
  • Develop a working relationship with recruitment agencies, where applicable
  • Reporting
  • Support the Recruitment & Mobility Manager in the coaching of Newcomers, existing resources within the team, and coaching towards HRBPs
  • Adopting a leadership approach that emphasises mentorship, guidance, and training to recruiters and HRBPs to elevate overall team capabilities
  • Support the Recruitment & Mobility Manager in Process Improvements initiatives

Other cognate duties, but not limited to:

  • Support on the planning of Welcome Session of newcomers (Country-specific)
  • Job Fair/ Professional event/ or any other Employer Branding event participation (Country-specific)
  • Extra recruiting-related activities (Country-specific)

Quel est le profil recherché?

Education & Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR or equivalent by experience
  • Language skills: FR / ENG / NL

 

Experience

  • Minimum 6 years’ experience in Recruitment activities on an international scale
  • Skilled in managing high-level Open Positions
  • Familiarity with HR databases (ATS: SAP SuccessFactors is an advantage)
  • Good Knowledge of Microsoft office tools: Excel, PPT, Word
  • Recruiting experience in mining or construction sector is a definite plus
  • Recruiting experience in Africa is a definite plus
  • Experience in leveraging social media for sourcing and attracting candidates is a strong advantage
