Résumé

 

Our Quality Trainee provides support to the Quality Department across a range of activities, including:

  • Reviewing and updating the customer list
  • Drafting procedures for BIA Belgium
  • Updating data within our quality management software

 

Quelles seront vos responsabilités?

 

  • Review all open customer complaints and non‑conformities in our system.
  • Clean up and update the system.
  • Record the corrective actions that were taken.
  • Review and update the list of customers who will receive the satisfaction survey.
  • Contact customers to get feedback about parts sales.
  • Follow up to ensure customers send their feedback.

 

Quel est le profil recherché?

 

  • HSC or University student
  • Very good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Visio
  • Fluent in French and English
  • Good communication skills
  • Good planning and organising abilities
