Résumé

Attached to the head office and reporting to the "Team Leader", the function aims to support the increase in sales of consumables, tools, spare parts and components.

The position is primarily focused on accurate processing, follow-up, and coordination of parts and service requests, ensuring seamless internal communication and timely delivery to customers.

Quelles seront vos responsabilités?

Administrative & Operational Support

• Prepare, update, and follow up on parts and service quotations in alignment with internal pricing guidelines.
• Process and execute validated orders, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal procedures.
• Issue and communicate delivery instructions to the logistics cell; ensure correct documentation is provided.
• Maintain up-to-date records of offers orders, deliveries, and customer interactions.
• Provide timely reporting (business analysis, order status, delivery follow-up) as required by customers and internal stakeholders.

Quel est le profil recherché?

Education & Experience:

• A diploma or degree in administration, sales support, logistics, or business management is an advantage.
• Languages : French and English (Knowledge of a 3rd language is a plus) 
• 0–1 year experience in admin, sales support, or customer service roles
• IT : MS Office (excel)
