Résumé

Ensure timely preparation of deliveries of parts as well as shipments to final destinations including the invoicing of deliveries, making transport arrangements, prepare export documents and organising inspections when required.

Quelles seront vos responsabilités?

• Liaise with warehouse and/or vendors, transporters, logistics service providers and inspection bodies to organise shipments to final destinations
• Monitor and follow up with logistics service provides to ensure they perform as expected
• Develop good communication & relationships with the logistics partners to solve regular operational issues and conduct small negotiations which might be required at operational level
• Participate in the continuous optimisation of the parts delivery process flow
• Ensure logistics service providers invoices are received, verified and processed correctly in the ERP (SAP)
• Lead the parts logistics team by providing coaching and mentoring as required in accordance with the business annual performance review system
• Train, develop and assist the subordinates of the sections within the logistics process
• Contribute to SC continuous improvement

Quel est le profil recherché?

Education & Experience:

• BSc in Supply Chain, Procurement, Logistics, Management, Sales (or similar by experience)
• Fluent in French and English
• Proficiency with MS Office tools
• SAP (or any other ERP) will be a plus
• 3-5 years experience in a similar function
• People Management experience (Including training/ coaching)
