Welke verantwoordelijkheden heb je?

The Warehouse Officer ensures that the machine parts can be delivered to internal and external customers in a timely, complete and high-quality manner. The Warehouse Officer has an important function in the parts delivery process. This process takes place integrally between the employees of the Parts and Service department. The aim is to ensure that this runs as optimally and efficiently as possible.

A. Daily Processing

Ensures accurate processing of incoming and outgoing goods
Processing of daily purchase and sales orders, both physically and administratively
Collect orders and prepare for shipment
Feedback of stock issues
Efficient storage of goods

B. Order and Cleanliness

Maintain order and cleanliness in the warehouses
Respecting established safety guidelines

C. Counter

Dealing with external and internal customers who report to the counter
Active distribution of incoming goods flows for the workshop towards the mechanics

MBO working and thinking level in a technical direction
Basic knowledge of logistics processes
Be in possession of a Forklift Driver's License
VCA basic certificate
