Summary

To coach and give Technical support to customers and technician teams on the maintenance, troubleshooting and reparation Komatsu machines.

What will be your responsibilities?

Support and coach on the following aspects:

• Maintenance services and repairs,
• Troubleshooting,
• Reporting.

  *    This, in accordance with the maintenance operation and maintenance interventions planning.

  *    This will have to be executed safely and with quality as per the priority of BIA and Customer.

Who are we looking for?

• Degree in engineering related field;
• Minimum of 4 years' experience in maintenance and repair of mining equipment;
• With 2 years experience in supervision or coaching;
• With experience in trouble shooting;
• The ability to work in a team environment, which includes being self-motivated, accepting responsibilities, completing assigned action items, and participating in a proactive manner in all team events;
• Experience working in mine sites;
• Able to diagnose faults and malfunctions; and to adjust, repair or replace all defective equipment parts, components or systems serviced at customer sites;
• Understanding of mechanical, hydraulic, electrical and structural systems of machines;
• Knowledge to access manufacturers parts and technical data, either via a manual- or computer system;
• Good understanding of the Komatsu products (specifications, applications, operation, maintenance, structure and function, testing and adjusting and repair).
