Summary

Support the sales and after-sales organisation to reach their sales, margin and market-share targets thanks to the full panel of operationnal and tactical marketing activities that can be held.

What will be your responsibilities?

Branding & communication

•Participate to the definition of the company’s brand strategy, ensure that the branding guidelines are in place and fit to the BIA identity & value and  that they are applied in all entities and aspects of the business. 
•Be accountable to define and manage local marketing budget. Ensure good follow-up of ROI.
•Actively participate to local executive management committee (EMT) and act as business partner toward the sales team and address business realities with marketing activities. 
•Develop and implement local yearly communication plan based on the strategy defined. Manage local public relations and acts as a company’s spokesperson with medias within your area. Respond to media inquiries and arrange interviews.
•Be the local brand ambassador and develop internal brand recognition to mobilize employees and help them to develop a sense of belonging in the company.
•Write, edit, and distribute content, including publications, press releases, website content, speeches, and other marketing material that communicates the organization's activities, products and/or services. Be accountable for the accuracy and the timely communication.
•Actively participate to the digital road map deployment to increase brand awarness and lead generation.
•Seek for opportunities to enhnace company image in the market.

Promotion

•Develop and coordinate the Sales & Marketing plan. Liaise with cross-functional functions to ensure successes and impact of joint actions. Cultivate a positive working relation with them. Co-define KPI's and monitor ROI. 
•Be accountable for the implementation, coordination, analysis and optimization of trade fairs, events and campaigns. Monitor budget and measure results.
•Manage relationship with OEM counterparts. Develop joint actions and negotiate level of support. 
•Assess and select service providers. Negotiate budgets and services to maximize return on investment in strict respect of budget.
•Ensure availability of sales material and develop specific sales tools for local market including but not limited to product & service presentation and competitive advantages. 
•Contribute to the launch of key projects and initiatives.
