Overzicht

The Country Sales Manager is responsible for driving profitable growth in equipment sales by strategically managing customer portfolios and expanding market share within the assigned territory. Through strong customer relationships, building trust and innovation, they position BIA as the preferred partner. The Country Sales Manager is also responsible for identifying future business opportunities, analyze market trends, and implement growth-focused sales & marketing strategies. Additionally, he/she builds and leads a high-performing sales organization capable of meeting evolving customer needs and delivering sustainable commercial success.

Wie zoeken wij?

• University education or equivalent experience (Sales, Marketing, Engineering field etc.)
• Minimum 5 years is equivalent position in an industrial sector
• Knowledge of the Mining / BTP sector is a strong advantage
• Good Knowledge Finance principles, Financing Solutions & Incoterms are required
• Experience in international organizations is a plus
• French and English (any other language is a plus)
• Experience in national or international organizations with subsidiaries is a plus
• Microsoft tools: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
