Summary
The Warranty Officer is responsible for handling and following up on warranty claims.Accurate and adequate claim handling
What will be your responsibilities?
1.Warranty Handling
•Adequate warranty handling towards suppliers
•Warranty processing towards dealers and customers
•Respect OEM deadlines
•Correct administrative handling of all claim files
•Look after and evaluating reports
2.Service Support
•Management of service contract claims
•Execution, follow-up and handling of product improvement actions
•Assist the technical helpdesk with technically complex problems, especially in communication towards suppliers.
•Komcall follow-up and coordination
•General support of the Service Department
•Monitor and follow-up of pending warranty work orders
Who are we looking for?
- Minimum A2 degree
- Microsoft Office
- Excellent speaking and writing skills of the Dutch and English language.
- 2 years experience
- SAP
