Summary

 

Provides effective & efficient technical interventions on products, equipment and systems used in the field operation, and under own scope of responsibility, in order to provide optimum satisfaction to the customers according to BIA’s maintenance contracts and SLA agreements.

What will be your responsibilities?

 

1.Field Equipment Maintenance & Repair:

  • Erect, Configure, Modify, and Repair Equipment: Follow shop manuals and repair processes to ensure the proper setup, modification, and repair of field equipment.
  • Preventive & Curative Maintenance: Perform maintenance tasks in line with OEM standards, ensuring continuous equipment functionality, optimal utilization, and availability.
  • Follow Instructions & Report Requirements: Adhere to planning instructions and maintain accurate reporting in compliance with company procedures.
  • Represent BIA’s Values: Ensure all activities on-site reflect the core values of BIA.

 

2. Safety (HSE):

  • Maintain Safe Working Conditions: Ensure the safety of yourself, co-workers, visitors, subcontractors, and all parties impacted by BIA activities on-site.
  • Conserve Company Property: Ensure the safety of company equipment, data, and other assets.
  • Environmental Protection: Take actions to safeguard the environment and comply with related procedures.
  • Compliance with HSE Procedures: Familiarize yourself with and adhere to the General HSE procedures and HSE policies of the group.
  • Identify & Report Safety Issues: Proactively identify, record, and report any safety, health, or environmental concerns.
  • Recommend Solutions: Suggest corrective actions for any issues identified, following the defined reporting channels.
  • Attend HSE Events: Participate in compulsory or requested HSE events and meetings.
  • Right to Stop Work: Exercise your right to withdraw or stop work in case of serious and imminent danger.
  • PPE Usage: Ensure proper wearing and maintenance of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times.
  • Act Responsibly: Always adopt a rational, reasonable attitude and act responsibly, ensuring that safety and well-being are prioritized.

Who are we looking for?

 

Education & Experience:

  • Diploma or proven factory certificate training Komatsu machine is a plus
  • Minimum 5 years experiences and working overseas is a plus
