Summary

 

The HR Admin Support provides administrative and operational assistance to the Human Resources Department. The role ensures smooth execution of HR processes and supports key HR functions including Recruitment & Mobility, Compensation & Benefits, Admin & Payroll, and Learning & Development. The incumbent contributes to efficient HR service delivery by maintaining accurate records, assisting in coordination tasks, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures.

What will be your responsibilities?

 

  • Support the Recruitment & Mobility team in scheduling interviews, updating candidate information on the database, and coordinating onboarding logistics.
  • Assist with the preparation of documentation for new hires and internal mobility.
  • Maintain employee files and ensure timely updates of HR databases and systems.
  • Support on HR-related data entry.
  • Provide administrative support in training coordination, including scheduling, communication, attendance tracking, and feedback collection.
  • Respond to basic employee queries or redirect them to the appropriate HR team member.
  • Ensure compliance with confidentiality standards and prevailing HR policies.
  • Provide general support to the HR team during audits, projects, or events.
  • Other cognate duties.

Who are we looking for?

 

Education & Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR or equivalent by experience.
  • Language skills: FR / ENG / NL.

 

Experience:

  • 1-year experience in Human Resources- (Fresh graduates with strong administrative skills with Traineeship experience can also be considered).
  • Exposure to any of the following HR areas is an advantage: Recruitment, Training, Payroll, HRIS, or Employee records management.
  • At ease on Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Tech savvy.
