Summary

 

Support the activity of the service and ensure the organization of resources and the workforce, participate in the good performance of the working conditions of the fleet of equipment and the execution of the maintenance policy and procedures of BIA and the manufacturers.

What will be your responsibilities?

1. Quality
-Participate in the work of setting up the quality plan.
-Get involved, know, understand, and guarantee the application of quality standards.
-Proactively report improvement opportunities and non-conformities.
-Follow up on and analyze defined KPIs.
-Comply with applicable procedures and instructions.

 

2. HSE
-Participate in Toolboxes dynamically.
-Have an understanding of security policies and procedures.
-Ensure the proper use of PPE (maximizing lifespan and performance).
-Know the HSE indicators and participate in their improvement.
-Be positive, constructive, and proactive in the event of a safety complaint.
-Make sure to apply the Take 5 procedure for tasks that require it.
-Maintain the equipment under your responsibility in good condition in order to optimize its lifetime, report any defects to your superior.
-Keep your work environment clean and tidy.
-Report any accidents, incidents, or breaches to the HSE team.

 

3. Operation
-Manage execution and planning parameters for maintenance services and planned repairs.
-Track and take corrective actions daily if there is any doubt about information.
-Receive work orders, process them in the appropriate system, collect and consolidate the documentation received.
-In collaboration with the Warehouse Manager, ensure that order lists are prepared on time.
-Provide parts pricing on request via K24 for budgeting purposes.
-With Site Manager approval, discuss PLMs with customer representatives.
-Plan short and long term major components change out with his team including the installation kit and Gant-chart preparation.
-Plan and action within targeted maintenance budget monthly and yearly.

 

4. Reporting
-Respect hierarchical levels, use them wisely, and understand communication channels.
-Escalate any abnormal situations to the Planning Manager and hierarchy for action.
-Attend maintenance and safety meetings as requested by management.
-Participate and direct supervise on the creation of the daily, weekly and monthly activity report.

Who are we looking for?

Education & Experience:
-Fluent English and French is a plus
-SAP demonstrated knowledge
-Demonstrate knowledge on Microsoft project and Microsoft Excel formula or other planning program.
-Minimum 8 years of relevant working experience (including 3 year working as expat overseas) in mining or TP industry.
-Minimum education level is Diploma and Bachelor degree is a plus
