Summary

Perform the logistical handling of the incoming and outgoing goods as well as the correct storage and processing thereof.

What will be your responsibilities?

-Due to his accurate processing of the incoming and outgoing goods, the Warehouse Officer ensures that the machine parts can be delivered to internal and external customers in a timely, complete and high-quality manner.

-The Warehouse Officer has an important function in the parts delivery process. This process takes place integrally between the employees of the Parts and Service department. The aim is to ensure that this runs as optimally and efficiently as possible.

A. Daily Processing
• Ensures accurate processing of incoming and outgoing goods
• Processing of daily purchase and sales orders, both physically and administratively
• Collect orders and prepare for shipment
• Feedback of stock issues
• Efficient storage of goods

B. Order and Cleanliness
• Maintain order and cleanliness in the warehouses
• Respecting established safety guidelines

C. Counter
• Dealing with external and internal customers who report to the counter
• Active distribution of incoming goods flows for the workshop towards the mechanics
 

Who are we looking for?

• MBO working and thinking level in a technical direction
• Basic knowledge of logistics processes
• Be in possession of a Forklift Driver's License
• VCA basic certificate
