Summary

The HSE Officer is responsible for coordinating the improvement of the performance of the HSE/5S system regarding communication strategies and planning to promote the HSE culture in accordance with the mission, vision, and values of the company. 
Provide support to country teams for the implementation of HSE tools to meet the requirements of our HSE system, legal requirements, and customer requirements. 
Ensure the implementation and improvement of security protocols in different countries.

What will be your responsibilities?

1.Develop an internal and external communication strategy department in order to:

  • Continuously improve the visibility of the HSE department
  • Create participatory communication among employees
  • Communicate HSE results every 3 months by country/entity
  • Ensure the current flow of communications     

2.Develop and implement HSE promotion and prevention campaigns in BIA entities•    

  • In coordination with the HSE Corporate manager, create the objectives of the campaign
  •  Identify the target audience
  • Identify the different strategies to use according to the type of campaig

3.Actively participate in the management of departmental documents (Best practices)

  • Update the documentation when necessary
  • Check that the documentation used by the different entities is up to date
  • Translate documentation, communications, presentations from French to English
  • Manage HSE documentations on SharePoint

4.Structure the external and internal HSE newsletter HSE BIA Group

  • Match information
  • Ensure the periodicity of the communication of the newsletter
  • Integrate the newsletter into the communication strategy
  • Sent the internal/external customer newsletter and measure the impact

5.Manage the implementation of digital tools for the management of  the HSE management system

  • Plan training and provide support
  • Continuous monitoring
  • Keep employees informed

6.  Supervise your direct report

 

Who are we looking for?

  • You have atleast a bachelor degree with minimum 3 years’ experience 
  • You speak and write fluently French and English  
  • You have knowledge of MS Office and communication tools 
  • You have knowledge of statistical tools and you love numbers
