Summary

  • To assist ESB Management with performance analysis, to control the accounting of the operations in the different hubs and to report the monthly results to the management.
  • To assist the Finance Manager Hub IV in other tasks, including assisting in monthly management accounts and finalizing yearly audit files.
  • To assist the Credit Control team of ESB
  • To assist in designing and implementing procedures and ensure everyone abides by it.

What will be your responsibilities?

 

  • To assist the ESB operations with insightful information on performance.
  • To assist the Finance Manager HUB IV in other tasks, including assisting in monthly management accounts and finalizing yearly audit files.
  • To assist BIA OVS controller for any queries and respond OTIF.
  • To keep the accounting books for ESB.
  • To control the accounting and reporting of ESB.
  • To monitor and ensure proper stock control and valuation incl. core return.
  • To assist in preparing Financial Statements and Cash Flows analysis in due time.
  • To follow up on the receivables and payables.
  • To assist in preparing the yearly budget and forecast/reforecast.
  • To prepare ad-hoc agreements and follow-up.
  • To assist in replying to auditors' queries.
  • To make sure the local and legal reporting reporting is properly processed.
  • To harmonize the operations through financial procedures and improve them as and when required.
  • To gather the needed developments on Accounting Software, communicate these to the key-user, and follow-up.
  • To design, implement and follow-up on procedures.

Education & Qualification:

Advanced accounting understanding and skills incl. IFRS

Experience

Autonomous and capable of working in a team

Analytical mindset and result driven

Being able to have a helicopter view while going into details on specific items

Proficient user of MS Office suite tools
