Résumé

For specific brand(s), the aim of this position is to:

  • Provide advanced on-site technical expertise on all breakdowns/ Services cases escalated by the countries and the Central Teams.

 

  • Develop product knowledge and expertise of BIA teams.

 

  • Support in building best in class claim files in order to maximize BIA claim recovery.

 

  • Comply with the BIA, OEM & customers standards (safety, communication, etc), tools and processes.

Quelles seront vos responsabilités?

1. Technical Support and Expertise 
• Provide best in quality and in time on-site technical support to BIA After market internal customers.
• Ensure that the after-market community complies strictly with all OEM's claims and technical obligations
• Develop and maintains effective quality feedback processes to support the OEM’s.


2.Communication
• Facilitate and actively promote sharing of best practices across countries.
• Strict follow up of BIA and customers safety obligations
• Strict follow up of BIA communication way to ensure full organizational alignment
• Escalate High urgency/high visibility issues and blocking points to Management when necessary


3.Training
• Train, coach and improve technical competencies of the local technicians to diagnose and solve technical issues
• Perform when required technical trainings for the customers’ technicians and operators.


4.Sales support
• Act as Sales representative in order to build strong relationship with customers and offer spare parts, technical trainings and services.

Quel est le profil recherché?

  • Mechanical or Electro-mechanical technician with Field experience
  • English mandatory
  • French is a plus
  • Other languages are an asset
