Summary
The Country Administration and Finance Manager will oversee the administrative and financial activities of the local entity, as well as manage the local team, ensuring compliance with Group policies, legal obligations, and performance objectives.
What will be your responsibilities?
- Ensure compliance with legal, tax, accounting, and Group procedures.
- Establish and maintain internal financial processes.
- Ensure the entity complies with internal and external administrative and financial requirements.
- Collaborate with Group controlling teams to ensure the accuracy of accounts and financial reporting.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports to support decision-making.
- Conduct financial analyses and provide recommendations to Management.
- Monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial performance.
- Participate in regular financial reviews, including balance sheet analysis and business performance assessments.
- Identify trends and contribute to financial forecasting.
- Support commercial and operational projects by providing financial expertise.
- Participate in the financial validation of commercial proposals and ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
- Act as the Finance point of contact for contracts related to activities within the country.
- Lead and support the accounting team and the Country Business Controller.
- Develop team capabilities and monitor performance.

Who are we looking for?
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role.
- Experience in equipment or vehicle distribution, transportation, or construction is a significant advantage.
- Proven experience in team management.
- Strong knowledge of accounting and tax principles.
- Good command of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Proficiency in the Irium accounting/management software.
- Knowledge of SAP is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of financial processes and management control.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- High level of accuracy and organizational skills.
- Leadership skills and the ability to develop and support a team.
- Results-oriented with a strong customer service mindset.
- Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
- Master’s degree in finance, Accounting, Management, or Business Administration.
