Summary
Provide administrative support to the Country Manager and to the managers of the subsidiary.
What will be your responsibilities?
1. Administrative Support
• Reception and orientation of visitors
• Management of the switchboard
• Realization of administrative documents and various correspondences
• Mail management and documentary follow-up (drafting, reception, filing, filing)
• Management of the expense fund, in collaboration with accounting (supplies - disbursements - entry in the cash journal)
2. General Services Management and Travel Arrangements
• Realization of invitation letters and Provide assistance for obtaining visas and reservations of plane and hotel tickets
• Management of airport pick-ups and other transport needs (arrivals and departures schedule)
• Housekeeping of the premises
• Relations with insurance companies
• Request for prices, purchases of services and office supplies
• Organization of daily office errands
Who are we looking for?
- Academic training at Bachelor's level in Administration or any other similar discipline
- Languages: perfect French and knowledge of English is an asset.
- IT: Mastery of MS Office
- Experience of 2 to 5 years in a similar function
