Summary

With the technical support of the Group Facility Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating preventive and corrective maintenance work as well as improvement projects for BIA DRC buildings.

What will be your responsibilities?

You will be responsible for :

• Drawing up the annual maintenance schedule 
• Developing and optimising contracts with established service providers
• Looking for new service providers and suppliers. 
• Participating in setting up framework contracts
• Coordinating repair work: roofing, plumbing, HVAC, interior fittings
• Requesting quotations, obtain approval of bids and monitor budgets
• Planning and supervising work carried out by contractors
• Carrying out monthly technical audits of buildings
• Ensuring that actions and documents are archived on the sharepoint (plans, contracts, schedules, etc.)
• Managing the company's fleet of vehicles and proposing improvements to its operation
• Collecting and analysing the base's electricity and water consumption and proposing savings solutions
• Acting as the local facilities contact for all CSR-related projects: carbon neutral 2030 objective

Who are we looking for?

Education & Qualification:

• Higher education (BTS, DUT, professional degree, etc.) with a technical orientation or equivalent through experience.
• Analytical mind and the ability to apply it in the field
• Autonomous and solutions-oriented
• A good knowledge of English would be a plus
