Summary

Drive the monitoring of Operating Standard within BIA Aftermarket service operation. With a specific focus on Fleet Monitoring, Processes, tools and related KPI, the goal of the function is to analyze and optimize professional, efficient and profitable service business operations while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. The responsibility area is on all service operation (workshop, CRC, mining job site, ...) in coordination with all BIA entities.

What will be your responsibilities?

 

1.Service Monitoring
Support aftermarket activities in OEM partnership focus.
Lead service monthly report to meet OEM expectation.
Develop and implement service monitoring KPI's to track the performance of business operations.
Monitor service delivery to ensure compliance with standards and identify any deviations

2. Business Optimization
Implement aftermarket sales tools by defining common ways of working.
Lead and coordinate the update of Dealer Operating Standard for Aftermarket activities.
Work closely with various departments (e.g., IT, Sales, Operations) to ensure alignment in service delivery and optimization efforts.
Provide training and support to team members on optimization technics and tools.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement by promoting best practices and encouraging innovative solutions.

3.Data Analysis
Collect and analyze data related to service performance, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
Ensure the sustainability of the SAP Fleet MasterData.
Develop specifics dashboard to follow service KPI
Monitor PPP service KPI.
Maintain the Contract Calculation tools upon business needs.
Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting key findings and recommendations.

Who are we looking for?

 

Education & Qualification

  • Technical degree (engineer is a plus)
  • Languages : French and English (good knowledge of the second language required)
  • Proven experience in service monitoring, business optimization, or a related role.

 

Experience

  • Min 3 – 4  years’ experience
  • Microsoft Office
  • SAP
