Sales Representative (Construction and Mining)

The Sales Engineer will drive sales and expand market share for road construction and mining Equipments (excavators, dozers, graders, compactors, pavers…). The role focuses on strengthening customer loyalty, developing a customer portfolio, and supporting the defined sales strategy to achieve commercial objectives and increase turnover.

Summary
Ensure that the overall management of the agency in perfect alignment with the directives of the General Management. Specifically, the person will manage and develop the customer portfolio of the area under his/her responsibility while supporting and implementing the strategy defined in the different BUs, to contribute to the achievement of the commercial objectives and the increase of the subsidiary's turnover.
What will be your responsibilities?
Sales and Customer Relationship Management
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs.
- Strengthen customer loyalty and develop a portfolio of new customers.
- Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations of construction and mining Equipments to customers and others stakeholders.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and networking.
- Prepare and present proposals aligned with customer requirements and timelines.
- Provide post-sales support to address client concerns and ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain an update CRM database and maximize sales.
Strategy Implementation and Customer Follow-Up
- Support and implement the business unit's strategy.
- Regularly visit high-potential customers to ensure satisfaction.
- Collaborate with others company dept to support customers requirements .
Reporting and Performance Tracking
- Maintain an Order Book to track offers and sales progress.
- Monitor CRM activity, including meetings, reports, and opportunities.
- Establish quarterly rolling sales forecasts.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Achievement of budgeted turnover and personal turnover.
- Team cohesion and management through CRM.
- Number of leads/opportunities generated.
Who are we looking for?

Education & Experience
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years knowledge in construction machinery (excavators, dozers, graders, compactors, pavers…) with proven sales experience in mining, quarry & road construction equipments sector.

Skills
- Strong technical knowledge of mining and road construction equipments.
- Proficiency in computer tools.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. English could be an asset
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
