Overzicht

 

Reporting to the After-Sales Director, the PSSR Team Leader's mission is to develop and support the entire activity of selling parts and services.

 

Welke verantwoordelijkheden heb je?

 

1.Business Development & Technical Support
• Develop the sales turnover of parts and services in the business sectors of BIA
•Increase the order intake conversion rate versus quotes
•Ensure the identification of the machine park and analyze customer needs (parts, service, training)
•Create a privileged long-term relationship with customers thanks to a service-oriented approach (support, advice, anticipation of customer needs, promote the BIA technical service, etc.)
•Help customers in the management of their stock of spare parts
•Provide technical advice to the customer through knowledge of its machine fleet, the state of its fleet, the organization and skills of the Customer Maintenance department
•To ensure the old competition concerning the equipment, the prices, the market shares
•Ensure the updating in CRM / SAP of data collected from customers

 

2.Administration, Organization and Team Management
•Manage the team through coaching, training and discipline
•Ensure the reporting of the Parts and Services activity to the line manager
•Supervise the activity and results of the PSSR team while providing them with the necessary support to achieve their objectives
•Manage the schedule of his commercial visits as well as that of the team
•Coordinate the communication of information concerning the PSSR between customers and the various departments within BIA (Technical, commercial, projects and Supply Chain)
•Ensure that his team respects the policies, procedures and rules established by BIA

 

Wie zoeken wij?

 

  • Languages: perfect command of French and English.
  • Experience of at least 5 years in a management function of a sales department or PSSR ideally;
  • Minimum 5 years experience in a PSSR position
  • Strong commercial skills
  • Experience in the mining sector
  • Technical training (type Industrial Maintenance Engineer, or Electromechanical Engineer)
  • Excellent internal and external communication
  • Good knowledge of MS Office computer tools. Knowledge of an ERP, particularly SAP, is an asset
