Overzicht

Under the supervision of the Chief Accountant, ensure accuracy & completeness of the entity's accounting operations

Welke verantwoordelijkheden heb je?

• Collect, prepare, review documents and information to prepare & support the booking entries (payments, receivables, payables, banks, interco, general ledger, petty cash, etc.).
• Be the first point of contact of the SSC with the local team
• Prepare specific analysis (reconciliation, BS review, treasury planning)
• Prepare payments transactions
• Prepare the different monthly tax declarations
• Participate to the monthly closing and ensure the compliance with the closing calendar
• Process treasury transactions and operations (follow-up on transaction with banks, cheques, incoming / outgoing payments, weekly cash reporting)
• Prepare cash reporting & review bank & cash reconciliations
• Follow-up of fixed assets
• Expenses notes
• Prepare interco payments documentation (payment of interco invoices)
• Follow-up of exonerated transactions (where applicable)
• Salaries applicable

Wie zoeken wij?

• Degree in Accounting or equivalent
• At least 2 years working experience in a dynamic global business company
• Knowledge and application of accounting principles
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
