Summary
Coordination and Execution of improvement Projects within Supply Chain.
What will be your responsibilities?
- To ensure preparation of Customs Audits in coordination with the Logistics Specialist
- To drive adherence to warehouse processes and to conduct audits to ensure compliance. To resolve any anomalies with respective warehouse teams concerning stock management
- To manage customer back order report and communication with stakeholders
- Work closely with the sales team and the workshop by giving information on the position of shipments.
- Record information for tracking of orders for customers and produce a weekly report, clearly showing the ETAs, availability status
- Ensure correctness of the Purchase order against the Sales Order
- Receiving pre-alerts from supplier and using these to create IBDs in the system. IBDs to be monitored for ageing and treatment by the warehouse
- Manage the GIT report to ensure Goods Receipts balance with Invoice Receipts and Backorder
- To promote and support HSE best practices within the supply chain
